    DUE DILLIGIENCE & PRE-DESIGN

    Clients connect with the Eluvial Design team to determine the overall project vision and goals when getting started. This process includes but is not limited too – scope, features, purpose, and functionality, and feasibility.

    SCHEMATIC DESIGN

    In this phase, we do a series of rough sketches/drawings that illustrate the basic concepts of your design. Also, at this time, there is a completion of initial research of local compliance and regulations.

    CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS

    By now, we have a final design. We can begin preparing construction drawings/ blueprints, notes, and technical specifications necessary for bidding, construction, and permit application.

    DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

    Our clients enjoy access to our Online Materials Portal, where they can select and finalize their project finishes and specify items such as cabinets, windows, doors, lighting, and general project materials.

    CONSTRUCTION

    Once we have successfully received the project's building permits, we will connect you with an Eluvial Construction Project Manager to work with the client to build the plans permit. If changes are requested, we work with the client to discuss changes and the most viable options. It ensures that alterations are compatible with the owner's vision and budget for the project.

    Design Management includes but is not limited to the following architectural and design services. Services include Architecture & 3D Imaging, Design Development, Schematic Design, Construction Documentation, Record Drawings, Construction Administration, and Permit Management.
